The AEOS Blue door controller (AP7803) consists of the door controller module embedded in a DIN rail mountable enclosure. It carries the distributed intelligence of the AEOS platform and has onboard capabilities of controlling two readers. Connected to the IP network, it provides peer-to-peer communication with other door controllers, and it interacts with third party IP devices such as wireless Aperio online door hubs. The door controller can be powered via Ethernet (PoE+) but can also be used in a traditional setup, where a maximum of 31 interfaces (32 doors) are controlled through the 485bus. Both configurations can be used in a single system.

The AEOS Blue door interface (AP7003) comprises of the door interface module embedded in a DIN rail mountable enclosure. It extends the capabilities of the AEOS Blue door controller. The door interface is capable of connecting two readers. A maximum of 31 interfaces (32 doors) can be connected through the 485bus.
